• Performing your order (delivery, invoicing, customer service) — basis: performance of the contract.

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share it with processors that help us provide our services and only as far as necessary: the payment provider, transport and courier services, IT and hosting partners and our accountant. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Your data is in principle processed within the European Economic Area.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Order and invoicing data are kept for the legal retention period (including 7 years for accounting records). Marketing data are kept until you withdraw your consent.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and the right to object to certain processing. You can withdraw your consent for marketing at any time.
