Return Policy
Individual Customers
Individual customers have the right to return purchased used auto parts within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Return conditions:
- The part must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The part must not have been damaged, modified, or installed.
- The part must be returned complete and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Returns must be reported in advance.
After the returned part has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded. Any shipping costs for the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Professional Customers
For professional customers (companies, garages, dealers, and self-employed individuals), returns are always handled by mutual agreement.
Given the nature of used auto parts and their professional application, there is no automatic right of return for professional customers. Each return request is assessed individually based on the situation, the condition of the part, and the reason for the return.
Exceptions
Returns may be refused if:
- The part has been damaged after delivery.
- The part has been installed, tested, or modified in a way that reduces its resale value.
- The part does not match the product originally delivered.
